Dear 2009,

I wish you well, but I cannot say that I am sorry to see you go or that I will miss you.

It is true, you made me grow, learn and change, but you forgot to give me a day off to breathe, reflect, and veg out.

You helped make EVERYONE go crazy, especially those closest to me.

I am sure that you too will enjoy your eternal rest, but before you go, can you have a talk with 2010 and tell her to take it easy on us?

We all need it.
