Thanks for the sugar

The jury is still out on the intentions of Isaac's grandparents when they give him sugar and send him home to us.

Is it just something all grandparents do, or is it a pay back for having my husband and I as children?

I do not want to tread on the grandparent relationship, so any thoughts on this are welcomed, however if I find that it is a cruel joke, I may have to find the doll I used to have that pees and poops after feedings and make sure that Isaac brings it with him on his next visit.
